CITY OF OTSEGO VOTERS – if you are on the City’s Permanent Absentee Ballot List, you were sent a Dual Application in June 2022, with three choices: to request only an August Ballot – only a November Ballot – or ballot for Both Elections. If you did not return your application for November or for “both”, you will need to return your original application or request a new one to receive your Ballot.
