Help Wanted: City of Otsego – Full-Time Utility Billing Specialist. Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Starting Wage – DOE. Responsibilities include utility billing processing, receptionist, bank deposits, assisting the City Clerk’s office, and other clerical duties. Candidate must possess knowledge of general accounting practices, have excellent organization skills, be able to multi-task, have excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in Word and Excel. Otsego Fire Department: Paid on Call Firefighters
Join the City of Otsego Fire Department, a highly trained and skilled team of paid-on call firefighters who operate and respond to approximately 1,400 calls per year. Seeking men and women with diverse skills.
Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age and a highschool graduate, or possess a GED equivalent
- Possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain an acceptable driving record
- No experience necessary
- Preferred qualifications are Medical First Responder, Fire Fighter I/II, Hazardous Materials Awareness/Operations
- Current CPR certification
- Must be able to pass a background check, physical agility/wellness assessment, medical evaluation and drug screen.
