Notice Of Amendment To The City Of Otsego Zoning Ordinance
The Otsego City Commission at its March 8, 2018, Special Meeting, considered and adopted the following Amendment to the Otsego Zoning Ordinance.
The proposed text amendment added to Section 18.6 Permitted Signs – G-I, IPUD – Water Tower Signs.
- Number: Two per water tower
- Size: No greater that forty percent of the water tower primary tank surface.
- Other: Signage must be painted on water tower’s primary tank surface area and shall not be illuminated.
Copies of the amendment are available at the office of the City Clerk, 117 East Orleans, Otsego, MI 49078, during normal City business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding City holidays.
