NOTICE OF ADOPTION – TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF OTSEGO ZONING ORDINANCE 

 THE OTSEGO CITY COMMISSION AT ITS AUGUST 3, 2026, REGULAR MEETING, CONSIDERED AND ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING AMENDMENT TO THE OTSEGO ZONING ORDINANCE – AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 3 – GENERAL PROVISIONS, ADDITION OF ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT REGULATIONS. 

 ADDITION OF 3.4.1. ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS 

 AMENDMENTS TO THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS: 

  • SECTION 4. AMENDMENT OF APPLICABLE ZONING DISTRICTS. 
  • SECTION 5.3 SPECIAL LAND USES. 
  • SECTION 6.3 SPECIAL LAND USES.
  • SECTION 5. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.

We have been informed that the microsurfacing will take place on July 29 & June 30, 2026. (Weather Dependent).
