JGB Management LLC, doing business as Right Way Control Services, has been contracted by the City of Otsego to perform chemical brush control services via crack and crevice application along designated public areas throughout the city.

In doing so, they will be applying Ranger Pro Herbicide (Glyphosate), Tigris Flumioxazin 51 (Flumioxazin), and Alligare Prodiamine 65 WG (Prodiamine) between June 19, 2023 and June 30, 2023.

Please be advised not to enter treated areas until spray has dried.

This Ordinance Amends Chapter 1714-31, 14-33, 14-34, 14-36, & Addition of Section 14-40, 14-41, 14-42; Article II. – Peddlers, Solicitors, Transient Merchants, and Food Trucks

This Ordinance was offered for a second reading and adoption at the regular meeting of the Otsego City Commission, Monday, June 5, 2023, 7:00 p.m. Otsego City Hall, 117 E. Orleans St., Otsego, MI. This Ordinance shall take effect twenty (20) days following adoption by the Otsego City Commission and upon publication of this summary in accordance with City Charter, Ordinance No. 174, will take effect on June 25, 2023.
