Please be advised that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission scheduled for May 24, 2021, has been canceled. Our next Regular Meeting will be held Monday, June 28, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., if needed.

Notice of City Commission Public Hearing for 2021-2022 Budget

Notice is hereby given that the proposed budget for the City of Otsego for the fiscal year 2021-2022 is now on file and available to the public for inspection at City Hall, 117 East Orleans Street, Otsego, Michigan.

The City Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed budget on Monday, May 17, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at the City of Otsego Municipal Building, at 117 East Orleans Street, Otsego, Michigan. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF OTSEGO ZONING ORDINANCE

The Otsego Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 26, 2021, at City Hall, 117 East Orleans, Otsego, MI 49078, at 7:00 p.m., local time, to consider public comment regarding proposed amendments to the Otsego Zoning Ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY OF OTSEGO ZONING ORDINANCE; TO AMEND SECTION 14.3 SITE PLAN REVIEW REQUIREMENTS – GROUND WATER PROTECTION

Copies of the proposed amendment are available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, 117 East Orleans, Otsego, MI 49078, during normal City business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding City holidays. Written comments concerning the proposed amendment may be submitted to the City Clerk by first class mail or in person up to the meeting time.
