Notice of January 18, 2021 Public Meeting

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Otsego’s Clerk Office will host a Public Meeting on Monday, January 18, 2021, at 1:00 PM, local time, at Otsego City Hall, 117 E Orleans Street, Otsego, Michigan. The Meeting will be held in the City Commission Chambers. Please call 269- 692-3391, for entry. A face mask and social distancing will be required.

As part of a statewide Risk Limiting Audit (RLA) for the November 3, 2020 Election, the City of Otsego has been selected to retrieve and tally five (5) ballots for re-tabulation. This Public Meeting is for the process to open the ballot containers, retrieve the selected ballots, tally the results and re-seal the ballot containers. Proper chain of custody will be maintained at all times.

All members of the public may attend and participate in this meeting.
